(no subject)
Finally went to the bar last night and caught up with an old friend. Had a good amount of drinks- I'm surprised I was still sober after it all because I don't drink very often. I took my time though- five drinks over the course of three hours (finally tried an appletini!) and a beer at Bubbie's to finish off the evening.
Went bowling yesterday with Elyse, Bryan and my brother... Bryan kicked all of our asses and my brother and I tied with the lowest score of the evening. Don't know what happened but I bombed and that's that.
And I finally made an appointment to get my first tattoo! As of July 23rd I will be a woman with hot ink, and I am so freaking excited. I've been talking about it for years now and I finally took action :D
I'm in a great mood these days, not even really minding the overabundance of work I'm going to be doing starting next week. Must be because I'll be seeing PHISH in two weeks! So many things to be excited about!
