(no subject)
When I first started working at the Pluckemin Inn back in August, I was a pastry apprentice and there were four other people working pastry (Joe, John, Martin and Austin) then Austin left us for another restaurant in December and I moved up to pastry line cook to take his place. Now Martin just gave his two weeks notice because he's leaving us for another restaurant too and I get to move up again and do more advanced things. We're looking for a replacement; hopefully it won't be too long before we find someone. When we do though, I'm done with breadstick and cookie duty and moving on to better things! Hopefully I get a raise too.
Things are going pretty well right now; I really can't complain. I love love love my new car, I couldn't be more satisfied. And everything is still going well with the Bubbers (haha, his nickname just leads to more and more interesting nicknames... I can't even bring myself to call him by his 'birth' name) we have a good time together, even if we're kind of vampires and only see each other at night. That's the only way to work around both our schedules though... one of these days I'll see him in daylight. I really really like him.
Also been listening to a lot of Pepper lately. It's about time I get into some new tunes, regardless of the fact that they're not really new :P
