WHY SO SERIOUS?!
OMG they weren't exaggerrating when they said Joker was Heath Ledger's best performance. I was afraid that Christopher Nolan wouldn't explore the Joker's character very well (I really really hated Batman Begins) but wow. Admittedly, I thought Jack Nicholson was more in keeping with the traditional Joker, but Heath Ledger's was just taken from a different angle... I wonder if anyone will ever have the guts to do a movie completely from the villain's point of view. Not with, like, the villain turning good at the end or just being a bit naughty, but a true, honest-to-god insane villain who wants to be a villain. That would be so interesting.
Apart from Bat-dude, yesterday I totally had a threesome in the filthy bathroom of a gay bar. Who'd have thought? Lol, apparently the girl knew me from secondary school, and works in the same building as my mum... I can see how this could get awkward if I play my cards wrong...
