A note regarding the nature of Alexia's powers:

Alexia is preternatural - the polar opposite of supernatural. What this means is that she's soulless; in her world, vampires, werewolves, and ghosts attain their state by having excess soul. Alexia's touch reverts them to their mortal state (or, in the case of ghosts, banishes them entirely). Presumably, this works the same way on weres/vamps of most other canons; please let me know if you think yours is different, or if you have a supernatural character of a different type and would like to figure out what would happen.

(Note that this only affects people she touches - proximity alone cannot trigger the change, and when she breaks contact, vampires and werewolves regain their powers.)

She also carries a parasol equipped to deal with werewolves and vampires - this will probably only work on the supernaturals weak to silver and wooden stakes, respectively. (One of her parasols contains gases designed to be unleashed upon werewolves/vampires, but this is reserved for extreme situations.)

This probably won't have any effect on your character unless they deliberately provoke her; Alexia prefers to keep her identity concealed, and will typically only use her powers in self-defence.
