Your Heads of Department will explain the changes to you fully. It is your duty as citizens to comply with these changes. Any one who attempts to undermine this scheme

Resisting the Imperius curse has nothing to do with your physical strength or your endurance. And completly throwing off the curse is beyond most. But we can improve it.
