The safe-house you're in has never failed us in the past. All the same, we can't be absolutely certain so remember, CONSTANT VIGILANCE.

The Order is watching both of your families, don't worry.
If all of you disappeared at once and there was no records of Ministry involvement (which is all to accessable and therefore not safe) then the Order's protection would be more obvious. You'd all be in more danger than you already are. As you and Shacklebolt were those in immediate danger, you are hidden.
