We intercepted a note, unsigned. Apparently their idea of a Christmas Greeting will be a Dark Mark in the sky at some point, before the year is out, and you know as well as I what that means. Sounds like it is in the VERY early stages of planning, but this gives us some sort of a head start.

We've intercepted a note, from one of them. Something big will, or is at least quite likely to, happen before the year is out. We've increased security around the Ministry and in every public building. I've broadcast a general notice of caution, but I would advise that we step up the propaganda. I would also suggest leaning on the Prophet to focus it's articles on giving advice and support to the Wizarding Community, rather than the tripe I read this morning.
