Inane ramblings and catchup ...
Quite a bit to upadte on ... and because my brain is fried, it's in no particular order at all.
My new PC still hasn't arrived. I called them today and they made some stupid excuse about me not giving them enough information. Was they gonna wait forever or was they going to contact me at some point? This machine has been on order for more than a month... maybe as much as a month and a half. I've sent them a dozen documents and stuff so I should get it delivered soon.
My remote access for work is still buggered. Hopefully I got that sorted today too.
I was accepted as a beta tester for EVE last night ... i really need my PC to be delivered so I can start playing for real! :) I have always wanted to test computer games... it'd be my ideal job! This looks like it could be very interesting ... and I'm hoping Misty will like it cos I'd like us both to get accounts...
The move to Dials is now definate. The proposed date for the move is while I'm in America, and the week before I'm in Luxembourg, so that'll make packing my desk away interesting!
I've finally got as far as I can with the conversion tool. At least I'm waiting on other people now, rather than the other way round.
