holy yoga!
i just got back from the gym. i went with laura. we were there at like 9:00 and we wanted to go to the yoga class that was at 9:15 so we were excited for that, we did some workouts and stuff first and at like 9:30 the yoga lady still wasnt there, so we just kept working out. she finally showed up and we got started. OMG! i would have rather die then do that class again. it was soo hard! wow! like.. im gonna be so sore tmoorrow.
so yeah after that we were so done. we couldnt move. lol. so we went into the sauna.. ahh sooo nice, then into the hot tub. it was great. then we had our showers and what not. it made me feel a lot better. lol. it was relaxing. so then my mom went and booked a massage for me! :) yay!! i cant wait. he he.
after that we went to the grocery store and now i am home. hopefully i do something during the day and then i have my baseball game tonight. so i'll update later tonight after my game. ta ta for now! xoxox!
