I swear, Common makes me wonder why people hate rap. He is one of the easiest rappers to agree with.
I read something a while ago that said a person reveals an arrogant personality in how many times they use the words 'I' 'me' or 'my'.
I'm fucking guilty on all counts if that's the case, but let's tune that out just for now. Because I can't decide whether I believe it or not. I find it really hard to avoid using my own opinions in essays, posts, letters, etc. Maybe it's simply the wording arrangement, but I don't know. It's also a lot more fun knowing how to generate completely original thoughts and ideas, original in that you throw away old templates in conversation, writing, poems, etc. and draw up new ones.
I don't see myself as arrogant whatsoever. My words are important, but that's because fucking everyone's are, mine no less.
Question 1: Do I give off an arrogant vibe? Maybe something close to one?
Question 2: (far less important but easier) I'm making playlists of really mainstream pop shit. It's like eating nothing but candy. But its such a great feeling to admit how catchy and optimistic some of it is. I've already grabbed Rusted Root, Maroon 5, Fast Ball, Natalie Imbruglia ("Torn"), and I need some more suggestions.
