The Proposal (of death)
I have a proposal to put to you... sorry about everything on it being totally formal, it was originally in an email :)

You don't know me, but I'm finding lots of different people who love Black Books as much as I do and emailing them about an idea I had.
I've only recently got into the fandom (although I have loved Dylan Moran for a long time) but I thought that series 3 ended rather suddenly. I've wanted them to continue with another series, just a little one, as I know so many people love Black Books and- let's face it- there aren't that many brilliant things like that on telly right now.
So, here's my proposal. If you are a writer, and you would like to join in, I am going to try and write the next series. Not just me, people would input ideas, quotes, different actions that the characters can take. If people would want to, then I would write it all, or- if we got enough people that would want to do it- then we could all write an episode. Or, some of us could split off into pairs and write an episode with someone else.
I'd need people that would be able to do it, and would have some spare time in which to write it. If they did accept the challenge, they wouldn't be able to back down (well, if they did- I would understand, but it would be very hard to find more people). They would have to be able to write, and if they can't, then at least have some good ideas of which they can put forward. Of course, this series 4 thing would probably go no where, and it's just for fun really. But who knows what could become of it?
Mainly, this thing is just to meet people and to have fun writing up some comedy about those 3 little characters that we all love so much.
If you're interested in participating, just email me back and tell me what you'd be able to do, and how much spare time you have, and I'll get back to you ASAP :)
