T-Minus 5 days.
i have begun packing. i learned from last year and started a full 5 days before i need to be finished. that's right kids, your's truely didn't start packing for her freshman year of college until about 2 AM the night before she left for school. this year i made lists during class last week of what to bring, and i've already begun. i'm brimming with pride. i didn't plan so far ahead though cuz i realised i hadn't ordered my books yet. heh. meh. god i'm excited to drop like 500 bucks for books i'll never use. maybe i can just find people in my classes i know and mooch. better plan? yes.
soooo yes. my final week in washington is to be quite busy it seems. trip to the dentist tomorrow. i loathe the dentist. my closet sorta looks like it vomited all over my room from me pulling clothes out of it, determining if i wanted to bring them to p-town, if yes, would i need them before i left? if they were to be taken and i wouldn't need them before friday, they were put into a box. otherwise they were thrown onto the floor to be delt with later. origionally this seemed to be a good plan, now i know better as there's no room to walk.
i used those vacuum storage thingies that are on those infomercials to put stuff into this ginormous box, so in the box theres 5 of those vacuum packed bags, and it's a pretty tight fit even with them all vacuumed out, and i don't really trust the seals on them so i'm kind of envisioning the box exploding as the 5 bags expand to approx 3 times their current size. i'm excited to see what unfolds there.
i updated my facebook with my new classes for this semester, and i was entering them all in it really hit me that i'm taking WAY too many hard classes and i'll probably die before i'm done with this semester. pretty certain i'll have to drop at least two of them midway through. it will be a jolly game to learn which two, though. will it be physiology and biblical traditions? organic chemistry and .. well really it's just those three that will give me problems. i dont anticipate much trouble with lit or sociology. but which of those three will have to go? in all honestly probably all of them.
ANYHOO i'm so excited to go back to portland. i miss everyone. SO excited to live on the 2nd floor with miss chelsea!
