Summary: After catching sight of Yazoo, Rude was given the order of "intercept and incapacitate" and Reno and Katana are coming along to help.
After sending a quick confirmation back to Tseng, Rude dropped his phone into a pocket and went back to watching Yazoo. The silver haired man hadn't noticed him yet, he was sure. Rude had trouble imagining that Yazoo would have gone this long without responding to his presence if he was aware of him. He put a hand to the gun he carried, thinking to make use of his currently hidden position, but then thought better of it. The chances of a handgun being as accurate as he would want at this distance were pretty slim, and even if he succeeded in hitting Yazoo, the shot might draw Sephiroth's attention and stir up more trouble than Rude really wanted to deal with. So the hand moved back away from the gun.
Instead, he inched in closer to where the silver haired man was standing, trying to close as much distance as possible without being spotted. The closer he could get without his presence being noticed, the better. Rude had never been much of a long-range fighter, after all, and it wouldn't do to put himself at a disadvantage if he didn't need to.
Not that it wouldn't be tempting to just charge at him.
