Who: Victoria, Rosalind, Sephiroth, Kadaj, Yazoo
When: Not long after
this post.
Location: The Northern Crater.
Rating: Not sure overall. PG for now.
Summary: Victoria and Rosalind have been sent to the Northern Crater to investigate some strange occurrences going on there.
(
Victoria arrived at the Northern Crater, camera in hand. )
It took a couple minutes to be close enough to see the details of what, exactly, it was, but when she saw the object encased in the crystal, she stopped in her tracks. The thing she had seen was indeed a human body, male, with long, silver hair. She was so surprised that she didn't even think to take another picture now that she was close enough to see details.
"Rosalind, is... is that who I think that is?"
Could it really be Sephiroth? She didn't know much about him, but she recognized him, or thought she did. He was famous, both for being a SOLDIER and then for being an absolute lunatic afterward. She was also pretty sure he was supposed to be dead. Though being in a block of crystal probably didn't qualify as alive, either.

Someone is here He thought as he was suddenly aware of a presence close by to his current location. Instinct pounded behind his closed eyes with the need to open them and assess if this was friend or foe. To no avail; the emerald orbs remained fused shut by this crystalline prison.
Sephiroth had already established how impossible it was for him to show any signs of life. That was except perhaps for the unending pulse which thankfully wasn't in need of any oxygen yet. He imagined that such a life-sign would only be detectable at a much closer proximity but he certainly didn't want an unknown presence to be any closer without knowing their intent.
"Stay back" Sephiroth concentrated so hard to mind-shout an instruction but it only came across as just a little more than a whisper inside the stranger's head.
(OC: Hence my first ever log-entry, hope it's ok...)

Victoria jumped a little bit at the words. It wasn't quite as if someone had spoken to her, but more as if they had simply appeared in her thoughts. How that was possible, she had no idea. And it hadn't been very loud or anything. Maybe she had imagined it? But that didn't seem right, either.
She looked at Rosalind, hoping for some confirmation of the odd experience.
"Did you, uh..." She paused, wondering if she was about to sound like she was completely out of her mind. "Did you hear something just now?" She glanced back at the figure in the crystal. Did that come from him? But how? People shouldn't be able to talk into someone else's thoughts, should they? She certainly hadn't had that happen before.
And besides that, he was dead, wasn't he?
[[OOC: Perfectly fine. ^^]]

One was graceful, quiet. He mentioned a Loz. The other, he couldn't quite put his hand on it. It was just a voice, and while it was familiar, it was much more different.
Perhaps they knew what he didn't.
Without any certain direction in mind, Kadaj had gone the way he thought was best, all the while trying to project his thoughts out as the other had. If he could hear it, maybe it would reach her ears.
Voices.
Tilting his head, Kadaj walked toward them, with all the silence and lethal grace of a predator. Only, he didn't know. He didn't care, either. He would do whatever it took to meet her.
These voices were definitely different from his own. He didn't know how, but they were. Pausing at a smaller crystal, he ducked down, his face staring back with only a hint of curiousity. Stepping closer, he stopped, not seeming to react to the cold, or the person who was apparently trapped inside one of the objects. Familiar.
And then, he spoke.
"Where is Mother?"

"Mother?" she asked, confusedly. "What are you talking about?" Victoria couldn't imagine who he might be looking for out here. She peered at him curiously. She didn't recognize him, though he had a somewhat eerie resemblance to the man in the crystal.
"And... who are you, anyway?"
Weird was most definitely applicable at this point, and dangerous seemed to be becoming more and more so by the second.
[[OOC: Sorry for going on without waiting for a Rosalind post. Since I'm about to disappear on my trip, I want to post while I can.]]

He saw someone else, a male, the same colour hair and eyes. His hair was much shorter than Yazoo's but definitely the same white hair. He was curious to continue forward. He didn’t’ seem to find any problem in continuing forward. They were all focused on the encased person, and he was intrigued by it as well. He also wanted to know why there were others that looked strangely almost like him, or he looked like them, he wasn’t sure, but his footsteps were silent against the ground as he approached. Who were these two females?
He had never seen them before, but judging by their clothes, they must belong t some sort of organization. His lips faintly curved in a smirk, as he approached from the darkness of the crater path towards the crystals and the stranger that was near it, but not in it. There was indeed someone in it. He approached with caution, but didn’t seem to care if he was seen. Where is Mother? the other white haired male had asked, he was curious to that as well….
“Does he know?” he mused aloud, audible towards the male that was focusing on the person trapped within the strange crystals. He wanted to know for sure if this other person knew, if they were truly searching for the same ‘Mother,’ but he did not ask anymore than that. He supposed the other would know, right?
ooc: excuse me for my suckiness hope this is right XD;

She stood in front of the giant crystal, looking up at the person that was actually encased in it. It couldn't be...she had heard stories of him, and had been filled in by others about all of his doings. But they weren't good, he was supposedly one of the greatest evils out there, and here he was encased in a crystal, in the Northern Cave. Sephiroth.
"What the hell..." Her camera lay forgotten in her hand as she now took a step back. This was weird in many ways, but also probably not good at all. Her eyes widened when she heard a voice shout at her to stay back, and she turned to look at Victoria. Judging by her partner's look, she heard the same thing and was just as freaked out.
"Yeah...I heard it." She swallowed slowly and looked back at the crystal. Maybe they were both just hearing things, it couldn't possibly be Sephiroth, he was dead and dead people don't talk to you. That's what she told herself at least, and she was right. There's no such thing as dead people being able to talk to you. Or come back to life, right? That doesn't happen.
Whipping around when she heard another voice, she stared at the person that had entered the scene. She looked over at Victoria, who voiced her thoughts. What was this guy talking about? Mother?
"And... who are you, anyway?" "Yes, answer now." She knew this guy looked weird, just like the Sephiroth in a way so she wasn't going to deal with his crap, and just get the answers from him right out. She was fully focused on the short silver haired man that she didn't notice the other one approaching. If she had, she would've realized how this situation was not going to turn out well for them.
