Summary: Rufus and Scarlet discuss weapons, SOLDIERS, and all sorts of fun stuff.
Rufus sighed as he moved the next paper over, idly signing the next expense report before him. He shifted in his chair, putting his pen down for a moment. He had been signing and reviewing forms for the last four hours at least, he needed a break if not to just get up and away from the papers.
He sat back for a moment, picking up his coffee mug, wondering if Scarlet had made any progress. The expense reports weren't going anywhere (unfortunately) so Rufus stood, pausing a moment to pick up his coffee before he headed down the hall. Reeve had expressed intention in coming to Gongaga to see blueprints and Rufus wanted to make sure there would actually be blueprints to show him.
There didn't seem to be anyone up and about the halls at this time in the evening, at least that he noticed but he didn't pause before knocking sharply at Scarlet's door, just in case. Years as Vice President taught him that it was always safer to knock with the executives.
