Your Mom Goes To College
Spring Break '05 was excellente! Even though the weather was such asshole, I thoroughly enjoyed my week off. I got to hang out w/ Paiz, Megan, Nik, Natalie and the kids, Val, Becca and lots others. Paiz, Meg, and I got to catch up one night until about 3 am... just talking, watching videos and reminiscing. Then Friday night, GPC reunited...enough said. Um, went down to Razzles which was great b/c Meg was drunk as fuck down there and we danced for a lil bit. I went down w/ Val and Becca and had a kick ass time. Dancing, seeing h.s. ppl, having a drink (or two) and meeting random drunkies was so much fun. The rest of my time was spent job hunting (Highjackers...crosses fingers...Meg put in a good word) and spending time w/ mi familia. Mommy and I went shopping and I got lots of things! Yay! :) But, I also spent some sweet mula of my own and bought some DVDs (meaning five). Eh.
I'm missing Kenny more and more each day. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. I don't think I've ever believed this statement to be more true until I've had to live w/out my love by my side. Each and every day is harder than the next. But knowing that I'll see him soon pulls me through each struggle to wake up, knowing that I won't see his smiling face. :( I love and miss you more than you could imagine baby!
Mmm, getting back in to the swing of learning again sucks after having a relaxing break. But nevertheless I'm gonna suck it up b/c I have a Psych exam tomorrow.
I had a nice surprise today... I heard a knock on my door and when the door opened, Miami was standing there! I totally jumped on him and gave him a huge hug. It was good to see him b/c I haven't seen him since August! I forget how much I miss ppl until I see them. But, my next exciting day is going to be on Thursday b/c my Bry is coming to stay w/ me! He should be here after I get outta my class and then we're gonna go hang out! I'm soooooo stoked b/c I absolutely miss him terribly.
Back in to PC this wknd again for Easter and to celebrate Shan's 18th! But, I'm off to finish up studying for Psych.
