*yawn*
So it's Tuesday, which means I am back at work for the week. I couldn't sleep last night at all. I just had one of those nights where I tossed and turned constantly. Of course I finally started getting some rest when it was only an hour before my alarm was going to ring...typical.
Today is going to be a LONG day because my charge is sick and has to stay in all day, so basically it's 8:10am and I am stuck in the house with him until around 6:30pm. At least his mom gave him permission to just lay down and watch TV or DVDs since she knows that's about the only way to make sure he will just relax and get better.
At least I have my trusty laptop with me and my new DSi and all my DS games with me to keep me occupied while he rests and watches his shows. If I didn't have those things then I KNOW it would be a tortuous long day for sure.
My family was here visiting over the weekend. They helped me plant a few gardens in the back and took me to set up an appointment for a landscaper to come take a look at the rest of the property. It was a really nice weekend, it was a lot of work but also a lot of fun. I will try to post pics of the gardens we set up soon.
Now I guess I'll go sort through the 358345023 requests I have on the old facebook...and send Kel 383258945 things she will have to sort through when she gets home! hehehe.
