[Warden Filter]
I'm not big on speeches, so I'm going to make this quick.
[Arthur's voice is a frustrated growl right now. He sounds about ready to punch something. Also, he's hanging out by the entrance to Level 0 and keeping his voice somewhat low so Perry can't overhear. This also means that because he's by the entrance, anybody else looking

Crane's staying with me for the time. I'm not entirely certain what to do with him.

[End mini-rant, but seriously, Arthur's so disillusioned with the Barge right now. He needs to go into dreamspace and shoot a bunch of projections or something.]
I don't know what to do with Perry, either. The two of them are clearly planning to meet when this is over.

A scraped knee? [An incredulous laugh.] We've worked with a load of wankers before, but I didn't quite expect it here. Any ideas for what to do? [A pause.] We can always take our methods into our own hands.. I expect they might have something to say about that, however.
I'm a bit tempted to kill them both for the experience, given that it's only temporary and no one else seems to care much for punishing it.

[He laughs shortly.] Yeah, me neither. Somehow, I thought wardens were going to be upstanding people. Then again, you're one. [ARTHUR KIIIIIDS]
Somehow, I don't think that will teach Perry to respect the sanctity of life. [Scoff.] At this rate, I'm just trying to establish boundaries. Women, children, the disabled. He's 2 for 3 right now.

Well, I am a forger. What are the excuses for the rest of the lot? [Banterbanter.]
Dare I ask which two? [Pauuuuse.] Crane's quite afraid of death himself, but apparently has very little qualms in giving it out. It's the kind of behavior I'd expect from a murderer, not a corrupt doctor.

[Hmmmmm hm hm.] Extreme incompetence?
I'm counting Rex in the 'disabled' category, and he hit me a couple times when I was a kid, so that's the two.
[Pausing as he thinks on what Eames said about Crane.] Do you think the Barge has made him worse?

[That gets a laugh.] Not unlike normal then.
[A pause for acknowledgment of seriousness, then:] I'm a bit surprised you didn't hit him back. You weren't quite the child I was expecting.
[Hrm.] I'm not entirely certain. He seems more aware of his responsibilities and I believe he's been instilled with a sense of guilt or regret that wasn't present before, but only related to appeasing me, not to the deeds themselves.. and I think it's obvious that it isn't enough.

Believe it or not, I knew a losing battle when I saw one. [Pause.] But I did shove him. That got me a second hit. Anyway, [amused:] you were about what I expected. You owe me a bottle of whiskey, Mr. Eames.
It's a start, at least. Better than he was when you first met him, right?

Even at that age? My, you are a stick in the mud. Still, I'll be happy to oblige you with a bottle when all this is settled.
That's difficult to say. I believe he's better, but when he does things like this?.. Well, he's not quite what I had realized.
