Funny Quote from My Younger Self
Lately, I've been looking through things I'd written when I was younger and saved on my computer. Sometimes, I find them pretty amusing (although it might just be 'cause I need sleep). The following is from a story I was writing on the fly, without any planning. I'd just written a description of my main character.
"Now, after reading these last few paragraphs, any intelligent person would probably ask himself the following obvious question."
Hmm...doesn't seem as funny without the rest of the story. I guess I just like it because it makes it so abundantly clear that I was making the story up as I went along.
