Reiki II and Toning
So Reed gave me my Reiki II attunment last night and that went pretty uneventfully. I just sat in a chair with hands together like prayer and he does his thing.
The magic came when we were talking about meditation techniques and he mentioned toning.
He asked if I wanted to tone with him and we sat in my room going "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah" and "oooooooooooooom" and it just filled my with warmth and light. It is definitly a great meditation technique and it's fun and you can do it in large groups for even more effect.
Lots of meditation is just boring to me. This was so nice, it lifted my spirits high and made me feel all clear on the inside. I definitly have to find other people to sit and do this with.
