An unfinished tale
Lazy Sundays and mid-afternoon geekdom preparedness. These things have a funny little way of hitting those little bits of grey matter and brining out the memories store therein.
I was thinking about the AD&D 2e game I ran two years ago and how it never really had a proper ending. That's par for the course for most D&D games, I think, but I wonder what happened to the characters after we all put down the dice and walked away? I wouldn't want to pick it up again where we left off, but perhaps in two years of game time.
Who lived? Who died? Who retired to live happily ever after? Who went on to become a ledgend of the people? Who faded into obscurity?
I'd like to know. Maybe one day I'll run one more game, tell one more story of The Shattered Empire.
