Has anyone seen a teenage boy with orange hair and red eyes? I think he also had a pair of black and white beads on his wrist. I don't remember the clothes he wore.

He was last seen luring a bunch of cats into a mall, where he proceeded to strip in front of them. After that he ran off without a trace. This person is easily angered and a bit jumpy, so approach with caution if you see someone fitting the bill.
