[That was rather entertaining. Quite, even: Gil knew only too well what riling the ones you pursue is like, to the point of them really, really wanting and trying to actively kill you. ...It's part of the fun. Thrill of the chase and all if you would.]

Hm? What makes that girl exceptional, to one such as you?

I don't know. [he shrugs his shoulders.] At first, I thought we looked kind of similar and I thought she could be one of Doc's experiments. But then I realized we were very different.

And then I thought she reminded me of Rip Van Wrinkle, a comrade of mine. But in the end, I think I liked how different we were. She's a vampire that is desperate to hold on to her humanity. And well I'm not human besides my appearance. But humanity is interesting to me.

[He listens intently, surprising enough. The boy's honest; at least there's that.] Certainly, the world would be rather boring, were all beings to be similar. [And he chuckles as the catboy finishes his explanation: all of it made perfect sense. Heck, they were rather very similar to the reasons that he himself held, for chasing after a certain little blonde knight who would like nothing else than to cut him down again.] So she chases after an impossible ideal. The turning of a vampire is a single-way process, however, or would that natural rule differ, in your world?

Oh, certainly. As predictable and pitiful as a man and his negligible existence are, nothing in any world can quite compare to the entertainment that the story of a single life may potentially provide. What can you say of humanity, then, if you've already observed them?

Nope. Once you become a vampire, you can't take it back. You're stuck.

[He then things about his response before he announced it to be critiqued by Gil.] Well man has it's good points and bad points. I think you would agree that man have immense potential. Not only in number, but as a single person, they can make a difference. The thing that people think make man weak, are actually the things that make them so strong. I also enjoy when everything is against them and somehow they are able to rise above the odds. I think that part is what I like about man the most.

But...[The cat boy paused.] We cannot forget those vices that man have. I guess man's poison is himself. Man can destroy another,hundreds, thousands by just a whisper,thought, an idea or even a whim.

But I still have a lot to learn about man.
