Desperately seeking a familiar face.
So I totally landed in the most confusing part of this wonderful hodgepodge of worlds! Looks a little like something I've seen in a text book. It's not the 22nd century but it's not 2007, either, though it's only about a year off from the latter. So weird!
From what information I have been able to gather, it's New York. I'm in America. The place still existed in Masami's time, and it definitely existed in the world I created, but it didn't in the 22nd century so I'd only read about it. This place should come with a manual! Or at least a map. Or maybe I should have paid more attention in school? Dammit, I swear I've passed the same hot dog stand three times already! Couldn't I have at least been placed in Japan? Then my money might actually have worked and I could get something to eat!
It's comforting knowing Cuvaret isn't behind all this, though. I thought we'd gotten rid of that psycho professor! Good thing, because if I were to ever find her here, I wouldn't hesitate before generating and tearing this place apart. Yes... very good thing... don't really much feel like knocking any more years off my life, thank you very much!
