Sheldon is shocked when he sees her with them. Downright shocked. If his mouth hadn't been full of pizza at the time, it would have dropped indignantly. And she either doesn't notice his hard stare or chooses to ignore it, instead rolling her eyes at Wolowitz for his latest lewd comment.

He stews over her brazenness for what feels like hours; he can feel his face twitching, and his hand shakes as it holds his half-eaten slice. How dare she waltz in here flouting her blatant pilfering of his belongings!

Finally, when he can no longer stand it, he sets down his slice and his plate on the coffee table and jumps to his feet, pointing accusingly as he shouts, "You're a thief!Penny's green eyes widen at him for a moment in her typical 'Sheldon is nuts' look, before she smirks. "Whaaat? Honey, what are you talking about

AHHH, loved this!! :D So very cute and very them, especially Sheldon's smug little 'court is adjourned' at the end. Such an adorable image, Penny sitting all curled up in Sheldon's Superman socks! :D

Heee, thanks so much!! I just loved the idea that Penny would steal Sheldon's socks (because, in my mind, they would remind her of him, hehe)!
