He wakes up and everything is wrong. Squinting his eyes against unwelcome light, disoriented, he realizes that not only is he in a strange bed, he has not slept properly. He is sprawled on his stomach - uncouth, inelegant. And his head hurts. This is most disconcerting. He does not remember feeling ill, or any of the pre-symptomatic cursors to influenza, the common cold, or a general malaise

Loved the bit about Sheldon thinking Penny's bra is Wonder Woman-ish. Spot-on Sheldon :D

Yeah, he's definitely a challenge. But you had him pretty much perfect! The only spot I'd correct is just me being nit-picky because of the pre-med background, lol. The 'metacarpals' are actually bones of the hand. The 'phalanges' are the fingers. So it'd be his fourth phalanx.

Ah, you did a great job! Clever little twist at the end. I thought it was funny that whenever he wakes up feeling like that he knows it was Penny. Loved it!
