Been here a few days, yes.

The place operates on a barter system; apparently it was much different a week or so ago, judging from the comments I've heard. There's a "Regent" of sorts governing the city, but no one seems to have any more information on him. And apparently there's no way out. The facilities are hardly adequate, considering, and they are rationed food each month.
