Citizens of Paradise: It has become known to me that we will shortly undergo some sort of catastrophe. The details of said catastrophe I do not yet have, however I urge everyone to prepare for the worst and go on from there.
Enforcer Commanders, I want a briefing in my office immediately. I don't want any surprises hitting us from outside the city.
