Hello. This is Basil Pemberton Padmore. I-I do not mean to impose, but I could use some assistance, if someone is willing to lend me their time. I have sustained some injuries, and need to go to the Clinic for treatment. Unfortunately, one of my legs is now too damaged to walk there easily.
I am currently near City Hall. Help would be much appreciated, and I am willing to compensate you for your effort.
