[The wind whistled over the NOC's speakers, creating a weird sort of feedback as the transmission begins. It continues for several long moments before a quiet voice muses, seemingly to itself:]
I do believe there is a problem here.
[There's another odd sound, perhaps the irritated rustling of a handful of feathers, before the transmission abruptly ends with a soft click.]
