[Thus he goes to stand by the window, looking out the speckled glass, between the smears and dried water stains to see if there is any sign of whom might be playing dominance to his phone.

[Rufus pushes open the door five minutes later, walking as if he owns the place, hands on his hips as he stops and looks at Tseng] Well, where is my coffee then?

[His hand froze to the cool steel of the butt of his gun, fingers twitching as his eyes widened at the sight of one Rufus ShinRa.]

..... [A moment before his hand moves away from his weapon and he moves forward with a near hesitant first step, but confidence pulls one leg to move swiftly as disbelief had the other leg moving just as quick.]

It seems you're settled in here quite comfortably [Rufus glances around, taking measure of the apartment]

[Within a step of the blond, Tseng reaches a hand out to touch to Rufus' upper arm. Then takes the hand back as soon as he gave that little white jacket a firm and gently tug.

So he is there, Tseng hasn't completely lost his mind. Not completely.]

Have a seat, I'll.. tell you everything I can..

[Eyes linger on the blond as he stepped into the kitchen, retrieving a cup and some tea. Best he can provide, if Rufus had come any earlier, tea would haven't even been available.]

[Rufus gives Tseng a weird look at that touch, wondering what was going on. He is more than glad to sit down finally though, hating being tired. As Tseng makes the tea, Rufus reaches up to pull the bandage from his neck, idly winding it around his hands]

Oh good, I must admit this is rather strange to say the least.

Rather strange.. [Tseng huffs a bit and sets the kettle.]

I have been here for nine months.

Nine months. [Softly repeated to himself as he looks from the kettle to over his shoulder. Watching Rufus peel off the bandage from his neck. Where his eyes remained on that pale neck-]

I was brought here after leaving the hospital, from the mission: Temple of the Ancients.

[Rufus pauses at that, folding the bandage up in his hands] So long? That's so strange, I saw you just earlier today in fact on Gaia. [Rufus' tone is thoughtful, looking up at the Turk]

Similar cases have come to light, Cloud has come twice here. However does not recall the first time he came. Zack Fair is here, however he cannot be.. due to his status on Gaia.

It seems this world does not care for status, time, or circumstance. We arrive regardless.
