[Kairi's voice is terribly unsteady as she witnesses the innumerable mass of insects.]

W-what is going on? I never thought I was afraid of bugs but this...is so GROSS!

Also - um, um - would anyone let me - ew, get off - let me stay with them for a little while? Until I get a place of my own?

anis yamamoto, kairi

You can't stay here, but I wanted to let you know that I agree with you.

It is very gross.

[How undeniably almost-helpful.]

I've never seen so many bugs in my life.

...who is this? I'm Kairi.

Oh, Kairi. Hello!

I'm Prince Soma!

[A prince? Coincidental. Later, Kairi might wonder if being a Princess of Light would still qualify for royalty. Until she arrives at some sort of conclusion for that, she will just have to withhold that tiny piece of information. That will not stop her from asking questions about the Prince, though! (A lot of questions might actually be due, perhaps.)]

I haven't heard much of you yet here! Are you new? And where are you from where you're prince?

Prince of Bengal, in India.. on Earth.

But now that I'm here, I am Prince Soma, Prince of Paradise but from Bengal, India on Earth.

I'm working on my title still. I am new and establishing my role as the Prince of Paradise.

Has a nice ring to it, but this place is nothing like Bengal. Bengal is far more a paradise.. than this place.

I've never been to Earth's world. When I talk to Sora again - [Would she? Kairi tried not to make that pause too noticeable -] I'll have to ask him what it's like; I'm sure he's been there.

[There was some doubt about whether or not Soma was really prince here - if he had always been, or had rightfully been, established here as a royal member... but there was no point in challenging that statement. It was intriguing, if nothing else.]

What is Bengal like then? It sounds really lovely!
