[Joe...has a problem.

According to a 'reliable' source, Joe, who works at the Clinic, has a bad habit. Joe, a rather simple man with a simple face and very simple day-to-day patterns, has trouble remembering important dates. Joe, who apparently wakes up every day around seven o' clock in the morning to make it to his job, eats a light breakfast most mornings, takes a quick shower, washes his face, brushes his teeth, then takes the very same route from his home to the Clinic office every day.

Joe doesn't care much for the flowers that have been raining down around the city lately; they make him sneeze. Joe also never holds the door open for his female co-workers - what a jerk!

All in all, Joe is quite average. He's certainly not remarkable enough to notice that someone has been following him lately, and he's definitely not keen enough to sense it when, all alone one early morning in his apartment, a young man stalks up from behind him, places a hand on Joe's back, and unleashes a deep and very tingly jolt of raw electricity.]

G'morning, Joe. Do you know why I'm here?

[Joe nods quietly - he's not normally shy or quiet, but the feeling of tiny little needles poking across every inch of his body has left him feeling a bit uncomfortable.]

I think you owe someone a little money. Pay up, or I'll probably be back to visit you really soon.

[Thankfully for poor, simple Joe, there is nothing permanently wrong with him; just a little temporary nerve damage, giving him a constant reminder for the next few days of just how dangerous it is to forget important dates. He didn't get a chance to see who had come by to visit him, either; the young man was there one moment and simply gone the next.

Hopefully, Joe has learned his lesson. If not, the problem that Joe has will get a lot worse.]
