The flowers never complained. [It's a relief to hear his voice, that much is obvious.] But they might also be too nice to tell me the truth. Maybe I'll practice with somebody who won't laugh.

Oh? Maybe not. I think I upset him. [She doesn't seem too bothered by it, though. She can always work on that one on one with the gunslinger.

Do I? [She's pretending to think about this, but the answer is really very simple.] It would be nice to see you..

[It's not hard to catch that strain of cheer but she makes no attempt to point it out. Might as well let him think she doesn't notice.]

It would just be an innocent visit. I wouldn't want to scare you away permanently, but if you happen to laugh in the meantime it would be purely on accident.

[She doesn't mind waiting for him, to be honest. After all, she did tell him to take his time with coming home, so there's no reason he can't take his time on the way to a visit.

When she sees him she remains still for a moment, letting him work out his hesitation before she meets him halfway with a smile.

[Her head tilts as he stops to look at her, curious but there's no way to tell what's going on in his mind.]

Oh! I got a good look from the church, so I think... [She hums as she turns a little, searching for the direction before she points down the street toward the east bridge.] That way, and then we can loop back around.

[And so she starts in that direction, though looks over at him to make sure he's coming with her.]
