(You're not late!)

I went to a friend's house and she and her husband made a feast. So I ate a feast.

...

But more specifically! :

Ham
Steamed vegetable medley
Whipped/Mashed Potatoes
Unidentifiable, perhaps mushroom, but undeniably tasty and seasoned gravy
Whipped squash/sweet potatoes
Rolls
Olives
Parmesan-stuffed mushrooms topped with jalapenos
Homemade Blue-ribbon prized Blueberry Pie
Coconut cream pie (also homemade)
Banana cream pie (also homemade)
Assorted little "cookies"

...and GOSH I DON'T REMEMBER IT ALL! But it was all great!
And yours sounds great! Om nom nom~

I knowwwww~ They cook like pros! I ate more pie today than I have all year, quite possibly! I'd send you some if I could fit it through the screen. As it is, it's bursting out of my gut like that drink is from Kairi's face.

And the mushrooms - easier to replicate at home, probably. Mushrooms with the stems removed, stuffed with parmesan cheese (maybe mixed in with a little something like couscous for texture, it felt like) and topped with a pickled jalapeno! Then all baked! 8D

Orzzz do you have a favorite pie?

Christmas has always been the 24th and the 25th for me, so MERRY CHRISTMAS~~~

I ate...stuff that can be warmed up in the microwave. ^^;; Pre-cooked turkey, boxed mashed potatoes and rice, cupcakes make on the 23rd, and Chicken Flautas that my mother makes. They're rolled up tortillas with chicken, lettuce, onions and tomatoes inside, with green sauce on the side. Mexican food, for the win~

It sounds scrumptious. 8D Microwaves are a blessing, always. And those chicken flautas especially sound like killers. Yum!

Always a blessing; especially when warming up leftovers for dinner these days. ^^;;

The flautas always are. My mother cooks the tortillas till they're a little crunchy and not so soft, so it's almost like eating an egg roll, but mexican style.
