Who: onegil & not-puppet
Where: LongThorn Hall
When: Right after this.
Rating: G - PG? These two are fairly safe, lol.
Summary: Two friends just spend a little time together.

Just as she had said she would be, Aerith was standing outside the front door of AVALANCHE's current residence - waiting patiently in the halls of LongThorn. Bruised fingers from digging in the ruins of Madison were now busying themselves with a loose thread hanging off of a button, the poor pink dress in less than favorable conditions. All of this was far from her mind, however, and she wore an excited smile while keeping a look out for the head of yellow spikes. Cloud, her bodyguard. Her friend. Oh, but she had died in their world, hadn't she? So was he now her former bodyguard? Did that sort of thing expire even when the client returned to life? Or...

The thoughts were silly, and this train needed to end.

With these moments to spare, she realized she probably should have given him some sort of clue about why she wanted to meet with him. And, for the most part, it was quite sudden to boot. Leaning back against the nearest wall, Aerith bowed her head and let her eyes slip shut. In all honesty, she had just wanted time to talk to him. Tseng had said Cloud and the others were going outside the wall, and while she hadn't planned on going, his ordering her not to had just been frustrating. On the other hand, Cloud hadn't asked her to join him and...

Was she feeling left out?

A sigh passed her lips, arms at her sides now having finished twisting that thread. She was getting anxious, that was all. Feeling like a teenage girl on her first date, how embarrassing, and this wasn't even a date! After a deep breath, she chose to ignore the path her thoughts were taking her, and she continued to wait quietly.
