Hello ! I just wanted to point out this looks awfully lot like feuille_verte's review. Anyway... Here's my comments:

Logan: He was almost perfect, but I, like many others expected him to be more animal-like, because, let's face it, he's supposed to be like that. About him being 'in love when he needed to be', I would have agreed, but Silver Fox' character was too weak, and the chemistry between Hugh and Lynn was terrible... And about his memories, yeah, it's nice to see him as a guy with a past, but the solution to wipe his memories was stupid.

Victor: Sabretooth always had a lesser version of what Rogue's powers would be, at least the super-human strength part anyway, so I'm not at all surprised that he could kick Logan's ass, much of the time. Rogue would be even stronger than Sabretooth, but they'd be similar, and it was interesting to watch. <--- Ok, this was wierd. Yeah, Marie has superstrength she got from Carol Danvers, but Sabretooth is real strong guy too. And he'd have to be real strong, or Logan would have gotten rid of him ages ago in the comics too. Tyler did a good portrayal of him, but he wasn't as strong as canon Sabretooh in X1.

Silverfox: I think it's odd that they changed her mutation, making her mutation effective only when she touches She wasn't originally a mutant, she was given a healing factor like Logan's by Weapon X program.

Others: Er... Emma wasn't Clémence Poesy, that was Tahnya Tozzi... She's ok, and doesn't get much screentime anyway. I don't know much about her youth though, so I can't comment more.

Special Effects: OMG !! I just loved Logan's claws since X1 !!! And the bone ones were great in XMO:W !! And I loved Sabretooth's nails too !! They look pretty nasty. :P Liev didn't like them much, though, mustn't have been easy to handle...

Costumes: I must agree with you, most of the costumes were real good, especially Logan's. Like me, a lot of people were happy to see again the jacket and the belt. Yeah, Costumes and Makeup weren't that good for everyone in X3, mostly affecting Logan and Jean, they made them look old...

Director: Mmmm... He's ok, but Bryan Singer is THE X-Men director.

You didn't like Dark Knight ? I thought this one was great ! I loved Heath Ledger as the Joker, and Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne ! And Aaron Eckhart as Harvey. Oh well, each to her own. I didn't see Iron Man or Superman Returns. Spiderman 3 wasn't the best, though, too many things happening, between Venom and the Green Goblin Jr... XMO:W is ok, but I would have liked less "random" mutants, and more Logan-plot. But well, it's just my opinion...

I did like the look he gave her when he sitting in the back of the truck when he was off to work. But Hugh just looked uncomfortable instead of turned on when Lynn was astride him during their big 'love scene'.

Hugh's chemistry track record with any actress who isn't Anna Paquin remains unblemished. :)

About the 'big love scene', yeah he must have been. He'd have been more comfortable if it had been Anna. XD (Or his wife, LOL!) And well, the subtle signs of L/M in X1 and X2 are somehow more beautiful and meaningful than having 'his girl' all over him.

LMAO You're so right ! I wouldn't call that a 'love scene' though. That sounded so dumb. Total lack of chemistry.

Amen to that. *nods nods*

I agree, she didn't shine. I loved Hugh's chemistry with Nicole in Australia, still didn't match his chemistry with Anna, but I do think he works with Nicole. :) He and Lynn, not so much.

I know! I don't understand why Australia was so criticized! I thought it was fabulous. What the hell!

Me neither ! I guess romance epics are considered outdated or something. UU

I haven't seen Australia yet but the chemistry between Hugh and Nicole can already be seen on the pictures. And the contrast between his dark hair/tanned body and her blondness/paleness is just lovely.

My Mom didn't see the Origins movie but, just by looking at the pictures, she can notice the lack of chemistry between Hugh and Lynn. So, yeah.
