I went with a classic kiss because everything about it was perfect!! ( - you know, except for Chloe, Clark, and Emil deleting it) I love the minor break from their usual, fantastic bantering so that he could truly tell her tell how much she meant to him and she could fully receive it -- no snappy come backs and thanks to an apocalypse, no time for fear or self-consciousness to get in the way. They both were able to receive each other’s feelings as grown-ups, as lovers, as soulmates!
It was well overdue and so passionate! Lois looked absolutely beautiful with her bright, vulnerable eyes gazing into his and he was soooooooo gorgeous, finally shirtless as god intended him to be goddammit! GEEZUS that took a long time to happen again, lol. And oh, the epic ripping of her buttons and how you could hear them hit the floor. I think I broke my rewind button with that…*happy sigh* This still remains one of the best episodes of the series! YAY!
