Good evening LJers!

I needed to do some art and I managed to do a little bit, so this is a very good thing. I owe babettew54 some avatars and so the SV ones are for her! realist-romance and firefly1344 are my Grey's Anatomy ladies, so those icons are for them. Thank you all! The rant is simply for all. Adult language warning.

I think the third Lexana one is my favorite of the SV ones. And the GA ones came out gorgeous! Even the Addek (who you know I don't ship). I'm totally snagging the Mallie icons, though. :D I absolutely love the coloring!

Thank you so much! Coming from you, icon lady, that's such a huge compliment. It totally drove me nuts that from photo to photo I couldn't make the coloring exactly the same while still making it look how I wanted, but you're aware as an artist that lighting in each shot is completely different. So whatever. And with Tollie I was trying so hard to do ones I don't think you've done exactly...did I succeed?

And yes! That last Lexana one is my fav too. Epicly dark of them. World is ending below them and yet there above it all, the dark god and goddess. And I'm glad you liked Addek!

I'm not exactly the "icon lady", but I try. As with most things, practice makes perfect (or at least decent enough to display to the public!). :) I know exactly how you feel about the coloring. I'm experienced that annoyance many times.

You did succeed! I don't think I've used any of those pics for Tollie. And now that I'm thinking about it, how have I never made any Lexana icons? That's gonna have to go on my to-do list.

Yeah, Lexana is fun to work with. I'd love to see you make some icons of them. And you know what I just realized? I forgot to post that icon of Tess buttoning her shirt (it's not as weird as it sounds, people who are not firely1344). I can't believe I did that! Do I post it now, inserting it later into the post or wait until my next batch of icons?
