Okay, if I understand you correctly, then yes. The republicans are only defining rape to mean if you have physical harm, AKA tearing or bruising on your vaginal or some other opening.
So if you were drugged, scared, blackmailed, coerced, you are just plain out of luck. Which makes me very angry. No man should define what rape is to a woman, or take away any medical care based on his definition. He will never know what a pregnancy resulting from a rape feels like, nor should he get to take away medical coverage for it, ever.

But it does make me curious: did any female member of Congress or the House of Representatives support the bill?
