On to a different note:
Over A THIRD of the children in THIS WORLD suffer everyday just TO SURVIVE!!!! Struggle just to get enough food and water to survive.... when we have it at our fingertips every second we need it... or when we just want it. In the MALDIVES there are approximately 286,223 people and out of all of them, 99% are Muslim while 1% are other religions and NONE ARE CHRISTIANS!!!!!! And that is just The Maldives!!! We have the freedom to worship AS OFTEN and WHERE EVER we want when people in other nations trying to live for Jesus will be put in JAIL for worshipping Christ!!! This is crazy you guys!! THIS WORLD NEEDS JESUS!!!!!!!! God said GO UNTO ALL THE NATIONS AND PREACH THE GOSPEL!!! SO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are saved! We don't have to worry about our future, our eternity, or even today because we have a heavenly Father who LOVES US ETERNALLY and has it already planned out PERFECTLY for each of us!!!! But what about those who never even get a chance to HEAR HIS NAME?!?!? WHat about them???? What about the 72,000 -80,000 people who DIE EVERYDAY and dont even know about this AMAZING Lord who wants to be their best friend??!? Who WANTS to have a relationship with each of them, but no one ever told them about Him. God said go. People are dying without knowing. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT??????
I can say that as for me, I am on the edge of my seat waiting for God to tell me to go. I know that after my DTS God is going to do crazy awesome things with me overseas because my passion and desire to do missions is increasing more everyday. This weekend was just an AMAZING time where I learned a lot more about God and just missions and different cultures/religions. At Christ the Redeemer church it was their "Contagious CHristianity" weekend and Friday night I got to hear one of the most amazing speakers ever named Clayton King and it totally just sparked my flame to a huge bon fire!!! I know I already said it up there but think about it... almost 80,000 people DYING EVERYDAY without ever knowing Christ's name!!!!!!!!!!! It totally makes me want to jump up now and fly overseas!!! Or run downtown and find people to share the Gospel with. Also last night one of the YWAM directors spoke at the same church about missions and it was just incredible. Then tonight was awesome going to an Arabic church (a christian arabic church) with britt brent and tyler and just hearing their language and spenging time with them was AWESOME! You guys, the world is dying. So fast. People NEED JESUS!!!! God gave us two things we are supposed to do. Love Him, and Love His people. Dave (youth leader at CTR) preached an amazing message on that a few weeks ago just about how SO often people are like okay yeah I love God I've got that down so I am good and COMPLETELY FORGET ABOUT THE SECOND PART!!! Love your neighbor as yourself. Love God's people!!! Love them... tell them how they can live an extraordinary life full of excitement planned out just for them by their Heavenly father only to leave and be with this amazing Savior!!! You guys, we have to stop being so naive (I am speaking tomyself as much as anyone).....
God has picked a part in this next youth quake show for me to be a prostitute in this insanely powerful skit with some of the people from ywam jax.. which i am really honored and excited about. It really hits home with me because especially lately (after driving through downtown jax with tyler and actually SEEING many prostitutes) because i have just been realizing that SO many girls my age are prostitutes and its just ridiculously sad.
All I can say is that with everyday in every second I get more excited about my life and everything God is doing and going to do and just about doing my DTS and being a worship leader in other nations and a missionary and being able to reach people for Christ!!!! I, for one, am just so thankful that I no longer have the mindset of wanting t JUST go to college and marry a nice christian guy and be a mom . I know some people are called to do that but I AM SO EXCITED TO GET OUT AND GET MY HANDS DIRTY AND REACH THE LOST!!!!!!!!! I hate how the world just wants to go to college to grow up and be "successful" ughhhhh it makes me sick!!!!!!!! God SAID GO!!!!!!! What are you going to do about it?!?!?!?!?!??
