Severus stumbled towards his house, where he knew Harry awaited. He had to get to safety. Voldermort found out that he was a spy. He would have been killed if it wouldn’t have been for Pavard Illion. Pavard, who was also an undercover order member, pulled out his wand before Voldermort could cast a curse on him. Severus managed to escape, but Pavard was killed.
Severus opened the door, much to the surprise of Harry. Severus wasn’t due home for a few hours. He didn’t say a word to Harry. He just walked past the boy and went to his bedroom. He knew that he would have to go into hiding.
A door opened behind him. He knew it was Harry.
“Love?”
“I have been found out. Voldermort knows I am a spy for the order. He is now after me, just like you.”
Harry embraced the man from behind. He loved his Severus with everything he had.
“He’s not going to get you. He will have to go through me first.”
Severus turned around in Harry’s arms and kissed him. He didn’t want to think about what just happened at the meeting. He didn’t want to think about the Final battle. All he wanted to think about was Harry, and how much he loved him.
