It has come to our attention that this notification problem may take months to resolve. As we aren't really jazzed with the idea of closing apps until then, we've decided to resume judging apps.
As there is still no guarantee that applicants will get their notifications, we will be sending an email or IM alongside to let you know/link you to the reply.
