I've been debating this a lot and after talking it over with everyone, I've decided to go a new route with Kanda here.
Who could better represent Kanda than kick ass actress Lucy Liu? Just ignore the smiles.
I hope you all can understand this change. I really think it makes a lot more sense for his character!
I've also changed his perm loss. He's a woman now with a love of show tunes. I know, you can't really tell the difference! I'm really excited to play this out. I'll post for her later! :3
