Sweets is taking advantage of his one day off from the hospital to do some sight-seeing. It isn't that he hadn't found the work rewarding, if not challenging -- French isn't really the second language that he's used to having to put to use, but he's been figuring things out, more or less.

For right now, however, he's just taking in the sights. Which means he's almost going to bump right into you, Rose.
