Wes had arranged to meet Elektra for lunch the day after his birthday. To catch up and see how Paris was treating her. He'd suggested the cafe at his work because of its spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Usually punctual, he was running a couple of minutes late when he finally arrived at the cafe.
