She turns around to see who scared her, an angry look on her face.]

Ow. [ James rubs the back of his head, one eye open and one eye closed. She really has a good slapping hand! He hasn't been hit like that since bloody Lily Evans.

If his heart skips a beat at the name, it's because Bonnie scared him.

[Bonnie had been distracted over the past month with her loss, the aftermath of her loss and the fact that her friends keep leaving.

I was a gentleman, moving things around to my heart's content and trying to scare people.

An entire month, if my jail tally marks are anything to go by. [ In his room, on his wall, he started to tally up the days he was invisible. It's not his fault he was so bored he turned half of the lines into people. Or imitations of Sirius black in a number of different dresses - triangle to octagon shaped. He's really shit at drawing. ]

I did. Every spell! But it never worked. The castle must have magic-proofed my invisibility.

Guess it must have really wanted you to be invisible. [Bonnie is a little amused right now, not noticing the fairies that were drawing near to them.]

I do have a thing for being invisible. Back at Hogwarts, I actually liked being invisible. And not in the Peeping Tom way you're thinking, Bonnie! [ He will remain oblivious, because he's James Potter. And talking about his hay days takes up his entire attention. ]
