Oliver was on patrol, but he'd mostly been keeping to the business section of the city. There had been a few bouts of random break-ins lately and he wasn't sure if it was just castle residents getting bored or if it was really something to look into.
Regardless, he's not going to just abandon the businesses for the higher levels of crime - like murder and random vampire attacks.
Of course, when he nears Caritas he hears sound and considering he thought the bar was supposed to be closed, he's wondering if someone thought to take advantage of the change in ownership. The girls are friends of his, so he decided to take a closer look at what was going on in the bar.
Elektra had a couple of drinks by then. Not enough to impair her too much. Even while trying to socialize at a party she was still had to feel in control and know her surroundings. It was impossible to do that if she really let go to keep up with the other girls.
Every so often she'd pause briefly to focus on the outside when someone passed a little close to the bar. Most went through quickly enough so Elektra doubted anyone really noticed her spacing out for a few seconds...
Only it would be more than a few seconds this time since the passerby seemed to be getting closer rather than further away from the bar.
Frowning, he moved around the building. It was probably nothing, but on the off-chance that it was something he wanted to be sure.
The sounds were definitely coming from the bar and from all outward appearances it was meant to be closed. The usual hum of activity usually spilled out onto the street, but here it was definitely closed up.
Which made the sounds even more interesting. Maybe unusual, but either way Oliver opted to move closer.
Elektra frowns. She was regretting having anything to have at all now. She couldn't clearly see just who she was dealing with. All she knew there was someone closing in on them. If she were alone it would have made her just a little anxious but, there was no doubts she could handle it. While she here with Fred and these other women... Well she didn't like taking her chances when people she was fond of were around.
Elektra stands up and quietly excuses herself for some air. She quietly pads through the bar and out the nearest exit. Thanks to the wardrobe changes she's down her usual weapons but, she's confident she'll be able to to get to whoever it was before they noticed her.
With her luck this was probably Spider-Man just making a nuisance of himself. She'll just chide herself for being paranoid enough to be lurking outside at this hour on a vague premonition.
Exhaling, he turns his head - hearing the back door of the club open. That's definitely not the usual operation for a place that was supposed to be closed. He moved quietly, a bit quickly, toward the newly opened door.
Of course, when he turned the corner, bow raised, he didn't expect to see Elektra.
Elektra in pajamas.
Cute pajamas.
He lowered the bow and tipped his head to the side, "Fancy patrol gear."
Elektra reaches for the back of her shirt instinctively when he rounds the corner and only gets fabric. She owed Cordelia a thank you later. She didn't want to imagine how this would have worked out if there'd been something there. This was embarrassing enough without the chance of accidentally hurting the wrong person.
"New look. I think my old costume distracted people," Elektra says evenly. "So do you normally lurk outside private parties or did you decide to make a special exception just for us?"
He smirked, pushing the hood back from off his head.
"Well, the private part would be the reason why I wasn't aware there was a party, but to be honest I knew the club changed ownership. I thought it was closed tonight. The noise did make me assume someone had been using it for their personal use."
He moved to step in closer to her, still smiling at her pajamas, "Which, apparently is the case."
Elektra crosses her arms around her chest. She wasn't going to live this down ever. She could see that clearly without having to use Kimagure. She could hardly blame Oliver if he wanted to laugh at her. This outfit was ridiculous.
"Yes, it's the case. We're having a sleepover." Elektra smiles and adds in, "If you want I can talk to the girl handing these out. Maybe she has something in green for you."
"It's been enjoyable so far," Elektra admitted. She had her doubts at first but, now she was starting to see the appeal.
"Her name is Cordelia. The only thing I know about her is that she is friends with Fred, enjoys tequila, and may have a fondness for poodles." She glanced down at her shirt as if to make the point. "Do you know her?"
He smiled at the mention of Cordelia, and nodded, "Yeah, I actually do know her. In fact, I'm sure she wouldn't mind getting me my own green pair of jammies."
He nodded toward her though, "Not that I'd pull them off quite like you."
Elektra smiles at that. "Well you know me. I love a challenge. This is something I wouldn't mind you beating me in." She crosses her arms and studies his arms for a moment.
"I don't know how you'll fit into the shirts though. Your arms might be a little too big."
He has to crack a smile and a laugh a bit at that remark. Shrugging he glanced behind her toward the door, "Well, I appreciate the compliment about my physique, but I'm pretty sure I can make something work if pajamas are really on the agenda tonight."
"I never comp-" She sighs; letting the sentence go. Elektra walked into that one. "Fine you can come inside if you want. I'm sure the other girls will appreciate the costume."
Oliver nods, following her and wondering just how he ended up getting invited into this situation. He's not upset, not by any means, but still... it's sort of a mystery.
Cordelia was ... drunk. It's been a while since Cordelia's been drunk, and it felt kind of nice. It made you feel kind of floaty and light, and she could do with that for a little bit.
The thing about Cordelia being drunk, however, meant that she had less of a brain-to-mouth filter than she did before. When she looked up and saw that Elektra was coming back into the club with Oliver in tow, she can't help but grin.

He smirked at her, because it wasn't that he wanted to laugh at her. Quite the opposite, actually, but now he was curious.
"Who picked the color coordinated PJs?"

"Who ordered the stripper?"
