Suddenly, things were a lot more complicated than bombs and keeping Damian in the dark.
It wasn't just the Joker. It was Tim. The poor guy didn't get a break in any universe, did he? Stephanie was annoyed that she hadn't been told beforehand--Terry, Tim, and even Damian know--but even so, the fact of it was that her brain couldn't wrap around the idea. That voice. That laugh. How could any sort of technology, future or not, do that?
She wasn't looking forward to facing this Joker, but she knew that she and Batwoman had an advantage over the others. Since they didn't exist in that universe, they had the element of surprise. She thought back to Terry's entry, the details, and felt her blood boil.
Moving along the rooftops, Stephanie looked over at the other half of what Steph dubbed Team Batfemale.
"So, what do you think about all of this?"
