In her previous life, Elektra had been on plenty of dates. None of them had gone anywhere with the exception of Matt. They were just ways to kill time and prove to her father that yes one day she would marry someday to continue the Natachios family line. If she had those experiences, she might not have been nervous. Sadly (or perhaps thankfully since in her right mind she would give Oliver a lecture about getting involved with her instead of going to dinner with him) she did not have that to draw on. As far as she knew, the only things that came close to a date she'd ever gone on was a high school dance with Matt and the time she escorted Ken to the ball. The best she could do was follow what little she did know about this ( ... )

He couldn't help but smile when he saw her, she looked radiant, as usual, "Well, I try to be accurate."

His hand held out a small white box with a simple red string securing the lid on it. Inside she'd find a single white orchid corsage with red accents, since even though he wasn't sure what she was going to wear, he was pretty certain of the color palate. "This is for you," he replied as he handed it to her.

Elektra raised a brow before taking the box from him. She had not been expecting a gift. Once the box was open, she looked at the corsage to him smiling. "Now how did you know I was going to wear red?"

The castle could put her through a million different alternate lives and Elektra would still end up wearing red. Not that she was aware of that at the moment.

His shoulders shrugged up, "Maybe I just know your favorite color."

It didn't matter to him what sort of weirdness was going on in the castle, with her or otherwise, because he was going to make sure to concentrate on this instead of what tomorrow might bring.

Offering his elbow, he smiled at her, "Shall we?"
